Ingredients:
Turkey with up to 20% added Natural Turkey Broth, and seasonings consisting of Salt, Sodium Phosphate, Natural Flavorings.
Cooking Instructions:
Remove outside netting and plastic bag. Brush inner netting with oil. Place on rack in shallow pan with Tender Timer gauge visible. Roast for approx. 2 hours at 350°F or until timer pops up. (If roasting from a frozen state allow an extra 45 minutes). About 10 minutes before removing from oven cut netting lengthwise with scissors. To verify turkey is thoroughly cooked, insert thermometer into deepest part of roast. The thermometer should reach 165°. Always use a meat thermometer, never rely on appearance alone. Allow to stand 10 minutes before removing the netting and carving.
Approximate Cooking Times:
Conventional oven (325°F/165°C) – 30-40 minutes/lb. Convection oven (300°F/150°C) – 25-35 minutes/lb. *Always use a meat thermometer, never rely on appearance alone.
