Ingredients:
Turkey breast, natural turkey broth, salt, sodium phosphate, natural flavorings.
Cooking Instructions:
Remove outer plastic bag from thawed roast. Spray or brush vegetable oil on netting. Place on rack in shallow pan. Insert meat thermometer* into innermost part of roast. Determine total roasting time using chart below. Roast until internal temperature reaches 165°. Cover with aluminum foil tent if the desired browning is achieved prior to roast being done. About 10 minutes before removing from oven cut netting lengthwise with scissors. Let roast stand 20-30 minutes before slicing.: Remove outer plastic bag from thawed roast. Convection oven (300°F/150°C) – 25-35 minutes/lb.
