Ingredients:
Turkey, Natural Turkey Broth, Salt, Sodium Phosphate, Natural Flavorings.
Cooking Instructions:
Remove plastic bag from thawed roast. Place flat on rack in shallow pan skin side up. Insert meat thermometer* into innermost part of roast. Determine total roasting time using chart below. Cover with lid or loose aluminum foil tent. Roast until internal temperature reaches 165°. Remove cover for the last 30 minutes for final browning.
Approximate Cooking Times:
Conventional oven (325°F/165°C) – 30-40 minutes/lb.
Convection oven (300°F/150°C) – 25-35 minutes/lb.
*Always use a meat thermometer, never rely on appearance alone.
Storage:
Keep frozen at 0°F or less.
Shelf Life:
12 months at 0°F.
