INGREDIENTS
• 1 pound Norbest ground turkey
• 1 can (15-ounce) chili beans
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon chili powder
• 1 medium head lettuce, torn into pieces
• 3 tomatoes, cut into wedges
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 1 can (2 1/2-ounce) sliced black olives
• 1 package tortilla chips, crumbled
• French, Italian, or Thousand Island salad dressing
• Taco sauce

DIRECTIONS
1 ) Brown Norbest ground turkey in skillet over medium-high heat.
2 ) Add chili beans, salt, and chili powder.
3 ) Cover and simmer about 10 minutes. In large salad bowl, place lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, avocado, onion, and olives.
4 ) Add turkey mixture and tortilla chips and toss gently with dressing.
5 ) Serve with taco sauce on the side.
