Turkey Fajitas
Our version of the always-popular Mexican food favorite.

INGREDIENTS
• 1 large red onion, sliced thinly
• 3 Tbsp lime juice
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 3 Tbsp vegetable oil

• 3 lbs boneless, skinless Norbest Turkey breast meat, cut into strips
• 3 sweet bell peppers- cut into strips
• 24, 4 inch corn tortillas
Optional:
• Sour Cream, cilantro, lime

DIRECTIONS
1 ) Combine sliced red onion with lime juice, garlic, oregano, cumin and smoked paprika.
2 ) Add Turkey and marinate for 1 hour. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
3 ) Add the turkey and onion marinade.
4 ) Cook until turkey strips are cooked almost all the way through and the onions begin to brown.
5 ) Add the peppers and sauté for 1 minute. Peppers should remain crisp.
6 ) Serve immediately with corn tortillas and (optional) sour cream, cilantro, and lime.
